Our Client retained ONE BOND CONSULTING to advise on the acquisition, integration and operation of Holcim's divested assets in Mauritius, Reunion, Madagascar, Mayotte, Seychelles and Comoros. The business included an integrated plant, grinding and import terminals selling a range of cement and concrete products.
