Privacy notice.
How One Bond Consulting Limited handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us.
About this notice
This notice explains how One Bond Consulting Limited collects, uses, stores and protects personal data in connection with this website and when you get in touch with us. Where we work with you or your organisation, it should be read together with the terms of our engagement.
Who we are
One Bond Consulting Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17214086), with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.
This website
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or behavioural tracking scripts. It has no forms and no accounts: if you contact us, you do so by email or telephone.
We use a cookie-free analytics service that counts page views and a small number of actions, such as a click on our email address or on the link to the PolyMentIQ website, without identifying visitors.
The typefaces on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details, when you visit.
Server logs
Our hosting provider processes ordinary server logs, which may include your IP address, the pages requested, timestamps and browser or device information. We use this information where necessary for our legitimate interests in operating, securing and protecting the website. Server logs are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, we hold your name, your contact details, the content of your message and our correspondence with you. We use this information to respond to you, to discuss a possible engagement and, if you engage us, to deliver our services and meet our contractual and legal obligations. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business or, where you ask us to, taking steps before entering into a contract with you.
We treat what you tell us about a prospective transaction or strategic question as confidential.
Service providers
We use established service providers for website hosting, email and IT services. Where a provider processes personal data on our behalf, it does so under appropriate contractual obligations. We do not sell personal data.
We may also disclose personal data where required by law, to protect our legal rights or in connection with a corporate transaction.
International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to approved EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as appropriate. Further information about the safeguards used for a particular transfer is available on request.
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including responding to you, delivering our services, meeting legal, accounting and regulatory requirements and resolving disputes. Correspondence about an enquiry that does not lead to an engagement is deleted when it is no longer needed. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten in the ordinary course.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, and subject to applicable conditions and exemptions, you may have rights to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing and receive certain data in a portable form. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
To exercise your rights or ask a privacy question, contact charker@onebondconsulting.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection. We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes
We may update this notice as our website, our services and the law develop. We will publish the revised version on this page and update the 'Last updated' date.
